  • 1. How long in advance should I book my Bday Pics?

    The more time we have to prepare for your birthday celebration, the better we can serve you and the more special we can make the entire experience.

    We normally recommend booking between 2-4 weeks before your birthday celebration’s date to ensure that the date is available. 

  • 2. Do you ever work outside of Los Angeles?

    Yes we do! However, this is on a case by case basis.

    Our rates only include travel within a 15-mile radius of the 90036 zip code so any transportation needs outside of this mileage may carry extra transportation, accommodation and per diem fees.

  • 3. How many people are in your production crew?

    Our advertised rates include up to 3 people total per event. Those three people will usually be your photographer, an assistant, and a videographer if you have booked a package that comes with videography. For custom shoots that require a larger team for more coverage please contact us for a custom quote.  

  • 4. What are digital proofs?

    Digital proofs are the first pictures we send you so you can pick out your favorites that you want any fine tuning and final editing done to. Digital proofs will normally carry a water mark across them that says ‘digital proof’.

  • 5. What do I need to do to book your services?

    1 – Check our availability online by selecting the package you would like above or by giving us a call.
    2 – Sign our service agreement which will outline all of our terms of service.
    3 – Secure your 50% retainer in order for us to block out your birthday on our calendar. 

    This retainer is transferable to a future date if you feel sick or have to postpone it to a future date.

  • 6. How many consultations do I get?

    We love planning birthday party photoshoots and welcome our clients to take advantage of their unlimited online and phone consultations if they have any questions before the shoot.

    We will also check in on you at least twice before the photo shoot, with a final consultation within the final 48 hours of your birthday celebration.
