Strongfit Singapore’s Bencercise trainer Benjamin Ang was invited all groups to learn his version of the new dance rage.
“Do it in groups by safe distancing or do it at home with the family” says the fitness trainer who has taught retro dancefit moves at nationwide classes including at Decathlon Kallang and ActiveSG. At the Outdoor Stadium.
Benjamin invites all those who thrill to music to partake in his weekly Bencercise on (Mon, Wed & Fri) at 7pm @ Dance Studio and Singapore Sports Hub.
